Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class

  • Refunds or credits may be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy (see section 3).

2. Attendance and Punctuality:

  • Please arrive promptly for the start time of your class

  • Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class once it has started, and no refunds or credits will be provided in such cases

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time will receive a full refund or class package credit

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time will not be eligible for refunds or credits

  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credits

  • For classes booked with a class package, cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of class will be credited back to the class package. Any bookings cancelled later than this will not be recredited and will count as a class used under your package.

  • Please note, class packages are non-refundable.

4. Health and Safety:​

  • Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations to the instructor before the class begins

  • Participants must have completed the Palace Studio PAR-Q form before attending classes

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate in the chosen class and should consult with a physician if they have any concerns

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant deemed unfit or unsafe to participate in the class

  • All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. This must be submitted to Palace Studio before attending a class.
     

5. Conduct and Etiquette:

  • Respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow participants is expected at all times

  • Participants must ensure any use of mobile phones and recording is respectful and appropriate. Ensure all those within shot of a video or photo are aware and consent to being so

  • Any damage to studio property caused by a participant's negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the participant to replace or repair

6. Personal Belongings:

  • The studio cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended on the premises

  • Participants are advised to only bring to class what is necessary as there is limited space in the studio to place personal belongings
     

8. Changes to Schedule or Terms:

  • The studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice

  • Notification of any significant changes will be provided to participants via email
     

9. Liability Waiver:

  • I hereby agree to the following:

    1. ​​That I am participating voluntarily in a Class/Workshop/Pole Hire/Studio Hire offered by Palace Studio. I recognize that the classes offered by Palace Studio require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation and I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.​​​

    2. I understand that I will receive physical assists or adjustments to enhance or correct my body posture during class by the instructor leading the class. I will take accountability for alerting the teacher and assistant of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins.

    3. I agree to self-determine my exertion through good judgment and to discontinue any activity that exceeds my personal limitations.

    4. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Palace Studio and staff for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

    5. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or accident caused by their negligence or other acts.

    6. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.

    7. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

10. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
     

By booking a class with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
